ok so my husband and i both got new computers and received our codes my game is fine its downloading now.. but my husbands with a tech from computer place tried to get his account started and it seem to go fine till he logs in to gog.com and it says he has no games.. now it says code has been redeemed to his account .. :( anyone know what we can do now.. already started ticket with no response.

I have the same (or similar) problem. I tried to redeem a code for the game I got from buying an NVIDIA GPU. I go to redeem.geforce.com, link account to gog.com, then submit my email address - then I get the "already redeemed" message. Except that I didn't redeem it already. My code is valid (per the rep from NVIDIA I spoke to) but for some reason gog thinks I already own the game :(
