So I was trying to find out how to make Geforce experience find TW3 buy moving the game around a few folders until I noticed it wasn't a supported game at the moment. After realizing this I placed the game back in the original folder marked GOG games and when I start the game up it doesn't register my saved games even though the saves are in the folder. Anyone know how to fix this?

Strange. Are you using Galaxy by chance?

First just to be sure, check your game saves folder. It should be under 'Documents'>'Witcher 3'>'gamesaves'

Once you know nothing went wrong with your saves, run the repair tool in Galaxy [if applicable]

If that doesn't work or you aren't using Galaxy the next thing I would try would be to - back up the gamesaves folder and re-install TW3 then move the save files back into the 'gamesaves' folder again.

Edit: Just an FYI, with Geforce Experience, you can select the folders it will search for games instead of needing to move your game folders around. I belive its the icon in the lower left, under the list of games. TW3 is supported by Geforce Experience.

Something else thats weird is that the saves show an icon of a different game I have but with an image of the save above it.

There we go for some reason the saves got moved out of the documents folder and into the GOG folder

Great! I'm glad you were able to get it all sorted.

I've lost game saves before and it can be quite frustrating to say the least.

Happy Gaming.
