So I just reinstalled The witcher 3 and it's completely unplayable for no reason I can find. No matter what I do, i only get about 15 FPs, however I have a GTX970, and last time I played the game, it was fine. It's not an issue with my computer at all as I get the same framrate weather i have the game on full ultra settings, or all low, still no more than 20 fps ever. Before, i was able to play it on high at about 60 fps no problem. Anyone know how to fix this?
