I wonder how the vitality regen from food works exactly.
The tooltip only mentions the duration. (5,10,20s...)

Does this mean every food heals the same amount?

Does it heal a percentage of max vitality or does each food have a different potency?

Foods and drinks both have different potency and different duration, dependent on the type of food/beverage.

Generally, drinks are long duration, low potency. Additionally, alcoholic beverages induce blurred vision (and headaches if you stare at the screen too long with this condition on-going)

Food is short duration but higher potency, making it more suitable to in-combat regen scenarios (though not comparable to Swallow)
Thanks. I wish they had added more info in these tooltips, so people see the different quality before they eat it.

Yeah but then you don't have to deal with the excess toxicity of Swallow, Thunderbolt and a decoction.
