So sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but after I purchased what I thought were all the Gwent cards the Innkeeper had to offer in White Orchard, I came back to her a few times and she sold me a few extra Decoy cards. I already have 4 in my deck and I've only just reached Velen for the first time.

I believe every Gwent guide I've seen mentions that there are 3 Decoy cards to be found and collected to complete the Collect 'Em All quest, so is this a bug or did I misunderstand the quest parameters? I assume I still need to acquire two more from the NPCs in Novigrad and Crow's Perch, correct?

I bought all cards off a vendor NPC by the only Velon runesmith, far east on map, and later on, I found he had another. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature.
