I have a problem with my game + campaign, when I launch my save game it appears that Geralt had 90900/2000 experience points, and when I killed a monster the experience counter returns normal (1900/2000), but suddenly Geralt flies at leve 98 (instead of 54), with 45 experience points.
Anyone who have a solution to fix it?

Disable your mods.

No mods? That error is very typically brought up when the save file contains an error caused by using an "Experience Mod", or something similar at some time in the playthrough.
