I have already done that, and it is for enhanced feline, I need enhanced legendary feline they are level 77.

Ah, my apologies. The legendary feline stuff is under Temple Isle in a cavern network. You need to get to it by jumping down from the western part of Temple Isle. You need Keira's 'Eye of Nehaleni', a key which you must find, and you will meet a level 66 Golem guardian and 'Mad Kiyan' (level 69). Go prepared.
