Just in case, we are currently displaying a warning in checkout when someone tries to buy a version containing something they already own. For now, please ignore any cases of games nor being marked as owned, if you do own them, and can find them in your account's library.
I appreciate your understanding. Yours was a different problem, which required our manual intervention. I just re-processed your order manually, and you should have the game on your account now. Sorry about the original issue, though. :(
