Apparently the day one patch features some colour correction. Looks a lot better, darker and less fairytalish.

That would be a great news for those who complain about the "cartoon" aspect of the footages they saw.

As to me, according to the screens you present, I find the graphics pretty nice as they are, and if my PC can handle that quality I'll be more than happy I supported CDPR on this one!

Graphics are still great. Not to mention the mod magic and a very probable enhanced edition that might show up a lot later.

To give us time to upgrade our rigs and show those peasants! ))

I call bunk on that image. The "release" and "color corrected" images are exactly the same, color correction aside. Meaning the 'release' image is still from the old version just with added photoshop.

I am sorry but you are wrong.

The image is made by reddit user killthealias to (unsuccessfully) demonstrate that the release screenshots can be colour corrected to look like the pre-release (before downgrade) version.

Yup, any experienced editor knows that it has simply added some blue color in those pictures.

It says that a user applied the color correction in image processing, just to compare.
