Is there a no-nudity and no-obscenity version, or at least censoring mods available?

No, this is The Witcher. If you don't understand that response, it's because you don't understand the world of The Witcher, and you'd do better choosing another game. Same answer as above. Saying that, especially in a thread about Witcher censorship, is just asking for snide remarks -- you don't get to 'prohibit' anybody or anything. Actually, the fact that you said that inside a question about censorship is kind of enlightening.

Not as far as I know. The main reason being that the game is marketed as an adult-only game and therefore contains nudity, strong language and the like. To censor things in the game would change the nature of it in my opinion, and I'm glad that it sticks to exploring adult themes.

Nothing official, but someone out there may make a mod that censors language or nudity... rather than mods that make Ciri always naked and the like. Unfortunately for you and your sensibilities, this game currently has no option for you.

Nudity censoring mod might happen. Inappropriate language mod never will. There is just too much. What are you going to do have someone voice over the entire game? And the graphic violence? Can't see it. Yeah they can make a mod that get's rid of the blood when killing people with sharp swords, but why? So many scenes involve graphic violence and people getting burned and impaled on stakes and being eaten alive by rats... etc... There is not really a point to trying to censor this game, a complete lost cause.

You can reduce gore a little by disabling the 'New Finisher Animations' free DLC.
The romances can be skipped by the choices you make.
Both won't remove everything you want, but will reduce it a bit.

I read in comments that this current (maybe 0.1) version of the mod works only for base game and 'Hearts of Stone' DLC and (at least base game; I'm not sure about HoS DLC but maybe too or not) still has some nudity (more details in some comments on nexusmods.com - link above).

Probably author ('TheRoosterLord' user) of the mod wrote 16 Oct 2016: 'The base game portion of 0.2 is already done. now I am working on B&W support. it will take a few weeks.' (for now only 0.1 version is uploaded).

You can use some good anti-virus etc. to check this mod etc. to be more sure.

I like optional mods that allow gamers to decide what content they view.

I have no issues with other gamers playing it uncensored or uncensored patches for games.

I just prefer self censoring games where that option is available.
