I don't know if the topic has been posted or not, but after 1.05, I can no longer upgrade mutagens. I have 3 lesser red mutagens, so I went to upgrade them to 1 red mutagen. I have no option to craft it, it says I already have this in my inventory. I know last week I was able to craft these. Did 1.05 break this or modify it?

1.05 did in fact break this :(

Saw someone post that dropping them all and picking them back up would temporarily fix it, but this did not work for me. Might be worth a shot.

I have the same issue with basically everything that is not a potion or an oil. The patch broke crafting. :/

You need to drop every copy of the item that you want to make and leave them on the ground while you make the new one. If you want to make more, you need to drop each new one after making it. You can pick them all up afterward.

Just drop the items you already have, craft a new one, then pick up the one you dropped.
