When i try to download any of the game extra's (DLC Beard and Hairstyle, Temerian Armor Set, New Quest, Alt look for Yen) all I get is a server problem error.
I even have double checked my Wither 3 install directory and under DLC folder for DLC1 and DLC2 they are empty.
Is there any solution on how to fix this?
*found that you can download them manually from this website thankfully and not have to use GoG Galaxy crap.
For those who are having the same problem....

You can download installers for each DLC pack manually. Simply head to the Library section of My Account, locate The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and download the files you want. Afterwards, run each one as if you were installing a game or patch.'
