I'm fairly new to this so excuse my ignorance and I probably might be missing some clue here. But why can't I check out The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Free DLC Program as a Witcher 3 complete edition owner? is there a reason why only standard edition can buy this? is this a missed bug? some sort of segregation between the standard and complete buyers? someone please enlighten! thanks in advance
I think the complete edition includes the free DLCs too so you should already have them if you own the complete edition.

Really all of it? well than whats the difference between complete and standard? if standard gets it for free anyways?
The Standart edition is just the base game. These free DLCs are a small pack of either cometics of small quests. THere is an expansion pass though with 2 big DLCs - Hearts of Stone and Blood and WIne. These are not free and are not part of the free DLCs either. THe Complete edition includes the expansion pass ->https://www.gog.com/en/game/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_expansion_pass
