shreap: i duno where i got the game from,

Hickory: Then the odds are high that your game key was actually a stolen key. If that is the case, that is why the game is no longer on your account. You need to take this to where you bought the game, and since you don't know where, that leaves you with little option but to appeal to GOG support for help. But be warned that they have no obligation to replace your game.
well if it has gotten stolen, its a big kick in the balls and if they dont give my game back.. i wont just sit here quietly and take it.

The support repplied to the ticket only to ask for more information, that was a good 12 hours ago, so im still waiting here patiently for my witcher 3 to be returned to me.

if not sorted on monday, im going to call my mum......

Only the place you bought it from (if it's stolen) has an obligation to "give it back". GOG are not insensitive, but like I said, they have no obligation, and you don't have a leg to stand on with regards to making them.

Eh!? Well, that explains a lot.

My mum is very powerful retired lawyer, people used to call her the rottweiler. If anything no one likes to have her sniffing around

A.I.Person.: It's the weekend so monday is best bet.You might not have success transferring game as files on registry will not transfer as far as I know.

shreap: I thought that gog.com was a shop? arent most shops open on the weekend especially global bussinesses?
Yes it is a shop but on the weekend is a skeleton staff and they don't answer emails.

That's irrelevant. You did not buy the game from GOG -- you don't even KNOW where you bought it -- and the game is not defective in any way, so calling your mum is a wasted effort: there's not a damn thing she can do legally. She may be able to persuade GOG, but not force them.

That's the way it is in today's modernized world.
If i bought witcher 3 now, would they refund me once they sorted everything out.

shreap: ... but i do know gog wont like being looked at under a microscope.
What microscope? There is nothing, I repeat, nothing to look at as far as GOG is concerned. You really need to go back and find where you bought the game, or key, and take it up with them; set your mother on THEM. GOG are blameless here.

Why would they? Why should they?

I got the Product key, purchase date i have requested to look at the bank statement past 6 months but will be sent to me in 7 working days.

This definitely concerns gog, if keys can be stolen this easily and they are the sister company publisher then there is a big security flaw in gog as well as a massive costumer support problem on weekends. i am a legitimate customer at the end of the day loosing out on precious gaming time which i planned for the weekend and its been ruined by a service which is not working properly. Companies already charge extra from losses from theft, why should i have to pay even more from a problem that originates at the source. Also if i do get my game back i am more than likely going to buy the expansions and from this probably more in the future.

Though saying this even the galaxy program isnt working now....

What good will that do? You said that you bought the game eleven months ago.

Now you're just blowing in the wind...
