when I try to create a red mutagen from 3 lesser mutagens it says I alrewady have one. This is true but I need three in total to create a greater. Seems to be a bug as this shouldnt happen

Known bug introduced in 1.05, solution is to drop the red mutagen, proceed to craft a new one then just pick it up from the ground. Has been reported already, hopefully they fix it with the next patch. Same method can be used for all alchemy recipes as well.
