Bought out a number of recipes from this herbalist near Oxenfurt. But two of them didn't show up in my alchemy list: specifically, enhanced Moon Dust and enhanced Northern Wind. Was hoping to upgrade those.

Tangentially related, bought one of the maps leading to witcher-gear blueprints, but it didn't trigger a related quest.

I know there's some bugs related to buying enhanced potion recepies before having the basic version... might be some more bugs there.

For the quests:
Firstly: you need to read the map in inventory menu to activate it. Secondly: are you sure you're looking in the right place? The map quests are located in the treasure hunt quest category, below secondary quests and witcher contracts.

Have the basic version of said bombs. Had some enhanced recipes before the basic version, and they still came up.

And yes, read the map, and yes, I know where those quests are supposed to come up.
The map in question is "Ibrahim Savi's first map." (Then again, I'm not particularly one for heavy armor, so maybe I'm not after Bear School gear.)

So weirdly enough, my complaint about Ibrahim Savi's map for the Bear School stuff? Yeah, the quest finally triggered after I made it to Skellige.
