Just after I did a full reinstall of 1.22 via GOG, most of the boats look quite scary. Hugh piles of triangles in the middle. Still usable, but looking like a 3D-modeller's nightmare. Some of the ships, too. One double-the-size-of-the-ship size one in the middle and the like. Very few of the caves have this error, too. Almost drowned in one b/c I couldn't see the way.

Playing on ULTRA, border-less window. I don't think that idly flipping options get me anywhere, so so what might be the right option to change? Tried the search option, came out empty. All the boats came out fine before the reinstall, but then I had no stashes.

Completely remove ALL mods, including console enabler, and then Galaxy >> Verify/repair.

Been there, done that. I never had any mods installed and just did the Verify/Repair via GOG. That is what brought me the issue to begin with... :/

On GOG next to the "play"button you have "more\/" there chose option 4 > there use "check/fix game".

Actually, it's called "Verify and Repair" (at least on my desk) and I already used it. Twice by now. No change...

i have same problem and i fix it in that way, but reinstall game maybe this can help (don`t forget save progress first)

Did it again for the sheer fun of it. Did come up empty, no change neither on disk nor in game. Maybe when I get the next extension, perhaps they have new boat models? :)

i have the same problem. i'm not sure but from what i gather . i may have caused a bug by jumping ahead in the game not going through the right quests first . which caused this bug. but i don't know how to fix it. i'm currently in skellegere trying to kill the wild hunt as ciri. and the wild hunt guys just stand there. can't progress.

Maybe.. but... it is more likely that the problem lies in the version 1.22. My game began to deteriorate after updating, but every think fix option repair game

Nov 2018 and the problem is still there. Nobody found a fix yet?

Edit: Been having this issue for a long time and verify/repair did not fix it.
Out of a whim tried the verify/repair again after the lastest patch and somehow it worked.

Edit 2: after "fixing" the graphic glitch with "verify/repair", the game started freezing randomly when picking up items, followed by a blue screen windows crash...its the first time i saw a windows blue screen in several years.
Was afraid one of the components in my PC was going bad, but a re-install of Witcher 3 (and game folder manual delete) did the trick.
Been playing for several hours without any issues, using my old saves and all.
