I'm Just Curious if GoG will Release this at different times based on time zone (EST for me). according to Steam it releases on the 30th. while on here it says the 31st?

First let's have a look back. HoS Release time was:
UNLOCK TIME: CEST - 13 OCT at 1AM /// BST - 13 OCT at 00AM /// PDT - 12 OCT at 4PM /// EDT - 12 OCT at 7PM
= The same time for all worldwide. For some guys it was the 12 OCT and for some it was already the 13 OCT.

I think it will be the same for Blood and Wine. It will be released at the same time worldwide. Depending on which time zone you live it is the 30th or 31st.

Steam is based in the US, GOG is based in Europe. B&W will be released at the same time for all.

Alright that clears that up. That sounds about right then. Thanks for the help. Now i only wish it would come out before this nice long weekend :P.
