I'm having trouble with this quest. Hans the mercenary acts like i've been there before. When I try talking to him only says "Well, any progress?", Any ideas on how I continue from here? Thanks for any help.

I got another bug : When at step "inspect the attack area in the forest", I found corpses, blood spatters, but geralt said nothing when inspecting clues. I revisited it later on, there was absolutely nothing I could found, no clues or whatever...

I'm really stuck with this quest, and cannot complete the contract anymore... too bad for the accomplishment :(

If you're stuck on the quest not progressing, head to Aeramas Abadoned Manor in Velen. When you get there, head north (not far), and when you near the nest the quest will update.

Sorry for the "hijack", I though it was related to the OP's bug, since he seemed stuck like me... :/

Anyway, thanks for your help, it worked and I had been able to complete this final contract ! ;)
