so just when I start the game game+ my wolven armor set and weapons didn't carry over, is that normal?

All my gear (including wolven) came with me. Were you equipped with it or was it in your inventory - or in your chest trunk? Also, which way did you "pick" to play - with your current Geralt or new one equipped or new one altogether?

I purposely put all my equipment in the trunk chest,and I'm not sure what do you mean by which way did I "pick" you up I just started a new game plus option and chose a save made after completing the game if that's what you mean, I have everything that I had in my previous saved game except armor and weapons

I loaded a NG+ game -- saved with patch 1.10, right at the start with Vesemir in White Orchard -- where my Geralt had the Wolf armour. His armour was gone, as was his Wolf swords. His other inventory was still there.

I may be misunderstanding but you mention just started new game plus option. From what I understand about that option (and have not done it as of yet) is that it lets you start over in witcher 3 wild hunt main game from beginning with that level, hence allowing you to pick a harder level to play the game through.
I chose my last save (after finishing witcher 3 wild hunt) and took Geralt immediately to the seven cats inn notice board and did first leg of main quest in HOS. (did not choose new game + feature at all)

PS - thought I was in a HOS section - so, if this is only pertaining to new game+ -------- well, with any luck you may still have the diagrams - good luck and have fun
