It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

There are 3 ways to download:

1. Downloading package per package with the browser
2. GOG Downloader
3. Galaxy (Steam-like)

What do you want ?

Sounds like you're looking for a Steam-like click and install experience so you probably want to use GOG Galaxy client to install the game. Keep in mind it just entered beta testing recently and doesn't have a lot of features, and can be unstable at times. This will improve over time though but hopefully it'll work for you.

Hope this helps.
Use GoG downloader, it doesn't get any easier than that, and it's pretty easy as it is.
Yeah. I've had nothing but trouble with the installers.
The traditional GOG downloader keeps shutting itself off after every 2 to 3 gbs of install, I've been redownloading the Witcher 3 for the last three hrs.
The new Galaxy application just won't figure a way to launch the game / patch it which is unfortunate since I already took the time to preload the game the minute the option became available.
And the web browser option...well, its a web browser option.

Its has been a weird and headache-inducing process that almost makes me regret not going with the steam version, but the idea that I'm supporting CDPR directly and that its all DRM free has been the only thing keeping me mellow right now lol.

I'm sure GOG is looking at ways to improve all of this as they expand their infrastructure with GOG Galaxy.
i get the browser download but use free download manger worked great for me
