I think most of them got fixed with 1.11 - try verifying the files in GOG Galaxy, presuming you're using it.

Unfortunately, if you had already passed the point in the game where the achievement should have unlocked, it might need to be replayed - I'm not sure if they're retroactive or not (I think they were around patch 1.04 or so but I'm not sure since then).

yeah, i noticed i had a lot of locked achievementes that must had already unlocked, next run maybe, ng+ here we go. some achievementes got unlocked though. the most of them that didnt got unblocked where the ones related to story, like the encounter with the doppler on novigrade
