hi,

i bought "the witcher 3" AFTER that on my library the "free 16 DLC program" appeared for free.
the point is that even after buying game of the year edition, the 16 free DLC carry on saying "you don't have the game required to install these" pointing to the game's standard edition.

so i was wondering, since goty already has ALL of the other (big) DLCs included (blood & wine, heart of stone, ecc), does it already have also the free DLC program or do i have to download and install those too?

The GOTY includes *everything*, including the free DLCs. You don't need to download anything else.
