I can't go beyond this part because the game CTD. I'm a nVidia user. Meeting the requirements. No problem so far except water areas, specially underwater.

This actually happens to me in various places where the world buffs.Sadly best i can say is wait for a fix to attempt to lower your foliage draw distance.
