I bought my first copy of TW3 about 10 years ago and have purchased all the DLC on Xbox ONE. I bought the latest PC edition on GOG and have cloud saves enabled. I want to share my saves on both platforms, but when I try to open them on Xbox One, I get the error "Alternate Ciri Look" not installed. I have verified that the "Alternate Ciri Look" DLC is installed, but I can find it in the game options (to enable or disable it), but not in the installed components. I just reinstalled the entire game, but the problem persists. Can anyone help?

Bought this game today 15th May 2025 for Xbox One and I'm here to report this exact same problem. I've had no issues on Nintendo Switch and PC. This problem has been around for a couple of years now. Seeing other reports of it and no solutions.

Here's what I've tried. I've uninstalled base game, all add-ons and reinstalled base game, add-ons in the same order I saw in the Installed menu on my Switch.

Problem still persists. I shouldn't have to create a whole new save for this.

I finally received a reply from CDPR. They fixed this issue in 4.02 update but only works with new saves. Previous saves cannot be fixed. Attaching the email reply for anyone who stumbles upon this issue on their xbox
