It's quite strange to see. After 4.03 patch my achievements traveled to another game version, but I'm still playing Complete edition
Attachments:
Same for me. After 4.03 dropped my achievements now go to base version of the game which I don’t even own and play complete edition. I even got some basic achievements (like kill 5 enemies without taking damage) second time.
But the playtime still counts towards complete edition and now I have 20% of achievements in the base game with 0 minutes playtime.
Kinda disappointing.
Yeah, now I can see why my achievements haven't been unlocked. What a joke....

Same thing happened to me. I hope that they'll transfer the achievements back to CE when they fix it.
Yeah, I have the same issue. I guess that regards all Complete edition owners.
Well, that explains it.
I just finished the GE for the first time on "Death march" and got nothing, I did already do it on the Base game. Guess I stop playing the game once again till they fix it. I wanted to go for a 100% Achievement Playthough :/
I just did tournament twice thinking that maybe I missed something, I like the game a lot, but going through all the short movies several times was annoying. Anyone knows if they informed when it will be fixed? In the end for now I have to forget about 'A Knight to Remember" :-)
I've send a ticket, when issue was found. But there is still no reply

EXACT SAME thing for me here.

I only have The Witcher 3 Next-Gen edition installed, while the "Standard" edition I only OWN, but haven't INSTALLED it.

--

Ironically, when I googled this issue the other day, and then eventually the search's results landed me in THIS thread,
the latest reply here (the one by user Zanozza) was just 2 (TWO) minutes old !! :O

---

Disappointingly, (but perhaps also somewhat EXPECTEDLY), the latest GOG update (which occurred yesterday around this time) did NOT address the issue AT ALL...

I tried several solutions, such as

* Reinstalling GOG (but not the game itself, obviously)

* "Hiding" The Witcher 3 "Standard" edition from my games list.

Didn't work.

---

Interestingly, I DO have a THEORY of how and why this happens, but it's too in-depth to discuss here.

In short:
GOG deceives your Operating System by plugging in the file-base and system requirements for your "Standard" edition of the game.

.

Typical post-CP77 CDPR... -_-

.
The same problem. When they solve it and what will be with current achievements. Some are possible to get only once in the game.
We are all on the same boat... Has anyone solved?
I just found that on my GOG profile the achievement show up, even twice, instead on the launcher there is no sign of them

I've made a rollback to 4.02_Hotfix in game settings (In gog on game page: manage installation->configure->uncheck automatical update->select previous version). About 50gb downloaded, but achievments are working again.

well, I suppose I should try out your solution.
firstly I thought the problem occured due to offline gaming, then I tried to figure out if it was because of the "New Game+" campaign session or not, then I realized that the main villain here is the monster called p a t c h.

p.s. it works! rolled back to 4.02_hotfix

It also gives you back previous achievement?
