Hello, i was wondering where the 1.2 patch/update for TW3 is. My GOG changlog for the game has not updated to 1.2, as for my friends on the Xbox, they already have the update downloaded. I can't find anywhere whether it has already released to GOG users or if it is unreleased as of yet. Let me know if I am just not seeing it correctly on the internet and whatnot. Does anybody have the 1.2 update on their pc yet?

It is being released on Monday. Microsoft leaked it early to XBox. CDPR probably will have a few choice words with them...

If it was "accidentally" released early then why are we still waiting? Why don't they just give it to the rest of us?

Because people over at Sony and GOG are better at keeping their words than Microsoft?

That's great and all but pretty much means we lose out waiting. The update will probably need a patch ontop of it to fix issues created by the update with it anyway so we might as well have it released sooner rather than later.

What is it exactly that you're going to lose by someone else having the patch sooner than expected? All it means to me is that hotfixes for crucial issues will be released sooner based on Xbox version.

If it's all ready what's the problem? Umm not having the interface improvements which just happen to be the weakest part of the Witcher for one?

They have always released on Tues (or Mon, Midnight). They never had any intention of releasing the expansion or the patch on a weekend.

So, might as well get yourself ready: polish up that PC - clean it out, blow out any dust bunnies and wipe the coffee spots off your monitor.
