I am having trouble trying to launch W2 but error message d2d9.dll keeps popping up every time the game tries to launch. I have uninstalled and installed W2 3 times but I get the same error message every time I launch the game. Please help I wanna play this bad ass game!

Not sure if this will help at all, but I had a similar problem because my Microsoft Net Framework 4.0 wouldn't work. So I went onto Microsoft.com and downloaded it manually which made the game launch:) You can also download one which dosn't require net connection to install as well as a newer version.

Thank you so much for the tip! Game launches and plays great. That into video was prime, and sets the tone for whats to come ;) If anyone else has this problem click on the link, it will save you from rage face.
