Hi all,

I use Mac. I recently bought Witcher 2 from Steam, and had a problem in language setting, so I redeemed Witcher 2 from gog.com and downloaded it just today.

Witcher 2 from GOG clearly says it supports Korean, but in the "Option" at the launcher screen, there is no "KR". There has been no attempt to update the game from GOG Galaxy even after I restart GOG Galaxy and verify the game.

Does anyone know what to do with this or how to get direct help from customer support team of GOG?

I feel so bad. If it doesn't work, then they should have uploaded solution somewhere or shouldn't advertise like this as if it works.

PS. there are two updates listed in my Witcher 2 changelog. "Update (25 May 2018)" & "Update 3.5.0.26 (A) (22 March 2017)". Does this mean mine is the latest updated version?

You should have the newest version. Try to change the language through Galaxy. On the game tab click More, choose Settings and then the language you want. If it doesn't help, you might consider installing this language pack: https://en.cdprojektred.com/download/brazilian-and-korean-subtitles-pack/. To contact GOG Support use this link: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us.

Edit: I didn't notice that you're using Mac. In this case you can skip the part about installing the language pack.
