Hi guys since I picked up the enhanced edition patch I've been having an issue where a strange transparent silhouette of my armour appears over water and in the lighting caused by my medallion.

So you know what I'm talking about:

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem. In my case, was the "better armor and weapons texture" mod

This look like a glitch from outdated mod. Did you install any mod before?

I think that might be my issue. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately that mod is not compatible (at least yet) with the enhanced edition. Unnistall the mod and load your game. That works for me.

The better enviroment textures mod is compatible, so only have to unzip the weapon textures mod.

the faulty files lie in the folder: The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition / CookedPC / items / work / remains_human_01 ,
so by deleting only that folder you can keep the rest of the mod

Thank you very much, it fixed it completely.

If you are using that mod then I would advise you also remove \CookedPC\items\geralt\geralt_signs\yrdentrap.w2ent as otherwise the Yrden sign tends to make a huge pink blob on the screen. YMMV :)

Otherwise the mod works fine.
