Will the free Witcher 2 backup include all the gog extras? Is there any time limit to register for the backup copy?

You will most definitely get the extra goodies. As for a time limit, there currently doesn't seem to be one.

Personally though I don't think GOG will have a time limit on this, it makes no sense.
