So, I've been playing the Witcher 2 for a while, and loving it, but I can't help but thinking... did Geralt ever go back to Kaer Morhen? At the end of the first game, he recovered the stolen Witcher's secrets, but did he ever returned them? Are Eskel, Lambert and Vesemir still looking for Salamandra? Did it mention that Geralt or Triss at least told them what's going on at any point?

Kaer Mohren was mentioned, but the other witchers were not--in my playthrough, at least. I'm just starting Round 2, so I'll see if anything more specific comes out, but I kind of doubt it. Even without Salamandra, witchers spend most of their time on the path, so it's not really odd that Geralt would go many months without contact with the rest of the Wolf's School.
