Trying to work out how to fix vertical banding artifacts that are randomly visible on Geralt and any other NPCs - see attached pic of Melana where its visible on the jaw line and neck.

AMD R9 290X 4GB with Raedon 19.1.1 Driver, ENB 0.189 Beta and a number of mods. I've noticed that using ENB has reduced the artifacts but as you can see that there still visible.
