Hey everyone im new to the game, but loving it so far. I am basically going to chose swordsmanship path as I'm not a big fan of sitting and using a ton of potions all the time and while the magic path seems cool I dont like the way you switch between signs it seems a bit clunky to me. Is there an easier way than holding control down like mouse scrolling or something?

If you have any advice for which magic to invest in since I plan on getting imp quen and ways to improve using signs tips would be appreciated. thanks!

'3' will go to 'next sign' but that's also clunky. The individual signs are bound to 5-9 on your keyboard, but reaching for 7-9 is a pain. You can rebind them from the Launcher to something easier.

If you are going to use a lot of Quen though, I doubt you'll be using the other signs a whole lot.

Personally, I rebind my signs to 1-5.
Sure, I needed to look for other keys within reach for selecting my swords, but they're usually a once-off thing (unless you're fighting operator with swords), so it's not as critical to have close by.

That setup works perfectly so long as ... you don't get hit.
Sometimes the instant cast keys glitch out due to interrupted animations, and I have to use Q to make the sign come out.
