The Witcher 2 has very impressive graphics and I like how customizable the graphics settings are. But I recommend turning off motion blur, so visuals stay sharp when you look around. It would also look less dizzying. Motion blur is used to simulate a frame rate of 24-30 FPS in film and video. In a game in which we want to simulate reality at 60 FPS and have to move the camera 360 degrees to keep up with the action--it's just stupid to want to simulate low FPS. So turn it off, see clearly, and treat yourself to a slight performance boost, too.
Motion blur can be a nice style effect when used in appropriate situations. But it just doesn't belong in a game like this--especially as an "always on" effect. I hope the developers can understand why it was a mistake to add it to this game and even turn it off by default for all of the game's graphics presets in a future update.
BTW: Motion blur is turned on in the "high" and "ultra" presets.
