I have registered my copy of the Witcher 2.

When I try to download the first DLC, Troll Trouble, the "Witcher 2 Launcher" sits there saying "Connecting to server" and then "Connection Error. Retrying in 10 seconds" and then "Connecting to server" and then "Connection Error. Retrying in 10 seconds"

and so on...

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem, or are the central servers distributing the dlc completely hammered and having trouble coping with the traffic?

Thanks!

It seems that they are having troubles with the servers because they said they are transfering millions of encoded files from some place to some other.

can anyone confirm this? i mean can you give me a link to a post by an official GOG team member saying that it is really just a bandwidth problem? thanks.

The official site on Witcher2.com states that they believe they have resolved this problem, but they haven't.

Last night Troll Trouble downloaded fine but got hung up repeatedly on the verification phase and in the end I gave up.

Today I can't even download Troll Trouble.

Where does it say that?

Just yesterday they put something up that said, "We are aware of that problem and we have a solution already prepared in the upcoming patch. Until that we ask you kindly not to download the DLCs until the patch release as it won't work without it."
