Bought the GoG version dl'd and installed and was just wondering regarding the Troll Trouble dlc is that already installed and activated on the GoG version as in my pre-order email I don't seem to have the code that is asked for on the DLC sub menu of the starter launcher?

After installing the game, start Launcher and Register Game, after that you will be able to choose Download Content, click it, there you have Troll Trouble, click on in and then click Download. It will be downloaded and after that click Install from the Download Content in menu (from Launcher).
