So anyone notice any unusual torture devices/methods throughout the game? I know the prison scene has a lot of devices lying around to view, but I found the fate of this particular prisoner to be quite carnally disturbing.

Depending on ones preferences, that person may have died of ecstasy. Did you try and pick it up and give it to Phillipa, it's probably hers.
