I got TW2... and I was really hoping to get The Witcher: Enhanced Edition with the 9.99$ credit. It shows up in the catalog with the 'grab for FREE (download now)' button, but clicking it sends me to a regular payment page.

I already used the 5.99$ credit (Commandos Ammo Pack :-), so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm supposed to do. Is it simply because TW1 is on sale, and that somehow messes up the system?

You should be able to use the 9.99$ code to get The Witcher EE now, but apparently that's not working because other folks have reported the same problem in this thread

You can either wait untill The Witcher EE is no longer on sale to use the 9.99$ code, or you can send an email to support, maybe they can work out the problem for you.

I had the same problem and sent an email to Support, they told me that they would do the purchase manually since the $4.99 offer doesn´t allow us to use the $9.99 credit code. It´s an informatic problem.
