The one from first games polish CE looks better , this one is kind a flat.

its not flat. its 1.5cm thick
and the first one was a keychain. short and little. this is a large pendant!

Chopy didn't say completely flat. He said kind of flat. And at only 1.5cm thick, that's exactly what it is: kind of flat. A medallion with the proper dimensions would be thicker.
