I have recorded that. The Triss / Letho part refers to whether Triss or Letho exposes the sorceresses behind this plan.
Oh yer , huh guess i had temp blindness to miss that =)
Interesting way to reach 16 endings. However...

callofstalker: I am not sure they are like this, at one time when they were talking about endings they said something like there are about 4 major differences and 12 others which are variations of these 4, and the variations are like this, sometimes there is a country on the map and sometimes there is not, so the endings surely are about the political states of the north.
...if this is what they said, it's pretty clear the 4 'major' endings are:

Iorveth: save Triss or save Philippa
Roche: save Triss of save Anais

Then you can get to 16 pretty easily from there by adding 2-3 more modifiers. However I'm not sure they were really speaking this precisely when talking of 16 endings. Your list for example is a little arbitrary, giving Roche's path an 8th modifier in Aryan vs. Iorveth's 7 modifiers, but in Roche's path effectively eliminating the dragon as a modifier by treating Enslaved the same as Dead (which it most certainly is not).

Last nitpick: if you don't help Roche, I believe Anais goes into exile, not to Temeria.
