Why was this necroed?
At any rate, if you have read the short story (and the books), you should be aware that the actual wish is never revealed. It's deliberately left open.
The assumption I've heard most often (and that makes most sense to me) is that Geralt wished for their fates to be entwined - just as a previous poster stated.
I heard some people say that Geralt might have wished to have a child with Yennefer - which does sound quite silly at first, but knowing about all the infertility going on there (and Ciri entering their lives not too much later) I guess a case could be made that elevates this to at least "possible".
Any other specifics as to what that what that wish might have entailed are fairly baseless as per Occam's razor, imho.
Who forced whom to love whom and whatnot - a pretty long discussion could be had about that topic, although I'd say it's not nearly as complicated as people sometimes make it out to be. IIRC even Sapkowski once commented on people making too big of a deal of the Last Wish - he also doesn't bring it up again in the novels either.
In TW3 I'd say it's just a (pretty decent) way to allow the player to "pass" on Yennefer, but one should not confuse the plot of the game/s (which represent one interpretation) with the story as it was portrayed in the books.
