Well the question in the tittle can pretty much say everything i want to know. I will play both of them anyway so i don't really care what is the best one. I just want to know if there is any that adds more to the other in terms of meaning. If there isn't one the adds more to the other i will play Iorveth because it was my first instinct. =)
It really is a personal preference. I did Roche's path first, just in case I liked the other path more. I still after 14 plays have not been able to complete an order path in TWEE. I think I must be flawed. anyway- You choose, both paths are great.
I'd go with your instinct. I don't think one has more meaning than the other. I went with Iorveth the first time and don't regret it at all, but CDPR has done a good job of making both paths worthwhile, so if the Roche path seems right to you, go for it. Enjoy! :)
I would agree that's it's totally a personal choice but I would recommend doing both sides.
Iorveth path definetly. Zoltan and Dandelion both hate Roche path.

You learn almost the entire story on Iorveth's path, there weren't many surprises for me when I played Roche's story. Plus I found the characters more likeable. I only liked Roche and Ves on Roche's path.
I went with "save the best for last" and played Roche path first. Am now in the 2nd Chapter of Iorveth path and I think I was right to do so, I'm very much in love with that beautiful dwarven town. But that's a question of personal opinion, as was said before. :)
Thanks for the answers guys, probably gonna go with my instinct then.

In the spirit of "save the best for the last" like @AudreyWinter mentioned, I would choose Roche's path first. IMO Iorveth's path is more interesting and the ending can be more satisfying compared to Roche's path.
I think playing through the Roche path first supplemented the Iorveth playthrough because as things were explained, I often found myself going, "Ohhhhh, so that's what that was all about."

Which was nice, but probably not for everyone. I'd say that people who have a penchant for making decisions blindly should start with Roche, and those who obsess over details and drive themselves crazy figuring everything out on their first play should start with Iorveth.

I agree with this. I regret not starting with Roche, to be honest, it was my first impulse to do so... then I changed my mind because, oh, pretty elves. Roche's path bored me because I hated half the characters knowing what would happen :/

On Roche's path, you see worse thing than what you are able to see on Iorveth's path.

Which didn't help at all since I already hated Henselt, Deathmold and, to a lesser extent, Sile. I ended up rushing my game because just talking to them made me feel sick.
