I've found an annoying bug that is making the game unplayable for me since I'm focusing on alchemy.
If I throw a bomb either after Geralt has done a roll or if the enemy is moving around a lot the game gets stuck in the zoomed in bomb throwing view and I can only move Geralt around but cannot make any other actions. The only ways I've found to get unstuck is to purposely get hit or reload the game.
Hopefully I'm not the only one who is getting this as I really want to be able to keep playing using bomb throwing.
