Hi,

my mouse cursor moves around main menu at regular pace, smoothly and lightly. But when I start the game it moves like it's sticky, starts with delay and stops with delay, I can't even comfortly point at dialogue options.

What should I do?

Maybe it's related to low or unstable FPS. Does the game run smooth for you?

I'll try running it in ultra-low settings.

edit: Nope, the problem remains. Cursor moves after a noticeable moment after I move the mouse.

Sorry, but I can't think of anything else which would make the mouse lag. However I search the forums and it seems that this is indeed the problem.

Try updating your video card drivers and unplug any controllers as per the instructions in this thread
