The framerate is bad... I am not even getting 20 fps...
And that is really weird - I am playing (or, trying to play) with all settings set to low, and I am fairly sure that my system is supposed to be able to handle it...
My specs are as follows:
Intel Core i7 2617M
4GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2GB VRAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
I have the latest drivers installed for my graphic card as well as the latest 3.2 patch.
As I said, all low, 1024x768 resolution and it is completely unplayable...
The thing is that I know people that have weaker systems than I do and they can run the game with some playable framerates.
Is there a catch or something? I know that my system is not very powerful but surely it can at least manage the lowest settings?
Any advice would be greatly appreciatted.

Ah.
OK, actually nevermind, I sort of figured it out.
It turns out I can only harness all that might that my system has to offer when I am charging it.
>_>
Stupid me, I know.
On a sidenote, does anyone know if I can manually FORCE the laptop to do the harnessing without the charger? That way I can feast my eyes on the game's glorious visuals wherever I go.

You might've tried this already, but I'll shoot anyway. Control Panel -> System and Security -> Power Options -> Best Performance or something similar.

Obviously, your battery will drain faster on high performance settings; whether or not you care is up to you. I didn't when my laptop was still functioning.
Yeah, along the lines of that, yes.
Thanks.
