The patch just showed up for me at the launcher, downloading now:
patch2.exe (patch2_0_EFIGS.exe) 744mb @1.1mb/s (about the maximum I can get)

Does anyone else have this problem: When i double-click the Launcher nothing happens. So is there any other way to patch the game ?

Try to redownload the patcher.

I am patching the game now, is decompressing data about a 20%. Hope will be fine.

It comes with the patch a CGI intro or this is for the xbox360 version?

It's because the launcher registry entries are corrupt or missing.

Download and run this file, it will fix the entries and hopefully the launcher will work again.
