I've scoured the extended, bonus, and other collections of the TW2 soundtrack, but I've yet to find the track featured in the Chapter 2 outro. Here is a YouTube video with the music in question (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoQRaOGRSGo). I've been dying to acquire this track for some time.
