I am trying to install the game, but the installer gets stuck about halfway through. The installer screen shows ads for games that change about every 5 seconds, then the ads stop, changing, and the progress bar just stops. Help!

this happened to me as well. and to even get halfway took about an hour. is it supposed to be so extremely slow?

the error was something about being unable to create an ini file in an uninstall directory. I'll post it here if it comes up again

I've never had any problems with any other games downloaded using the GOG Download Manager before. needless to say, clicking retry doesn't do anything.

I'll see what happens if I click "ignore"

Initially clicking ignore had no effect so I spam-clicked it a bunch of times and then suddenly the installer proclaimed that the installation was complete...

and... uh. it seems to be working just fine? at least so far.

funny sort of install, that, though.
