I have tried to put those saves in to folder saves but it didn't worked .
What shell i do ?

same here should I finish the game first to use the saves ı started all 3 at the same time

When you start a new game in Witcher 2 you have the option to "import a save from The Witcher". That's how it works, no need at all to put files somewhere.

The save file from Witcher 1 needs to be saved to a specific place on your PC.

The format is a little difficult because M$, in their wisdom, keep changing things around.

This is the location format: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\The Witcher\saves\

This is the actual location on my PC, (Windows 10)

ThisPC > Local Disk (C:) > Users > Fred > Documents > The Witcher > saves

Please note, this is unlikely to the the same file as your regular Documents folder.
